Chesterton toys is a magical toy land. My kids constantly asking to go the toy shop. The owners are incredibly kind. Their enthusiasm and love for their work definitely shows in the care they take with their store and customers. There’s a child like magic big box stores cannot create. Chesterton Toys not only makes it fee like a magical place for kids, it is magic.
We stopped in this store a few weeks ago to check out the selection of toys. This is a small family run business. The owner was very attentive and showed us a selection of age appropriate toys for our young grandson. This store has a bright colorful interior perfect for a toy store with a wonderful selection of quality toys you won't easily find in other stores. We opted to select an educational toy for our grandson and the bag we received at checkout is nice enough to use as the gift bag!
We literally just left this store a few hours ago. Can I just say how cute this toy store is. It's not your typical run of the mill type of toy store. It's unique and quaint and I just love it. The owners are so personable. They are so knowledgeable about their products and you can tell that they truly love what they do. They talk to you like you're one of their friends. My daughters can not stop talking about your store. We will for sure be coming back very soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Chesterton Toys is a wonderful find for kids and kids at heart! Each of my children (ages 17, 5, 3, and 1) live to spend time in the store or receive gifts from Chesterton Toys! Playmobile, Folkmanis, wood & cloth food sets, and all the wooden trains are our favorites!
A treasure in downtown Chesterton! A beautifully decorated store stocked with wonderful toys and candy for all ages! Zach and Tracy are amazing and really care about selling quality toys with minimal environmentally polluting materials. I LOVE that!
Lily and I stopped in for the first time today. She walked in a bit ahead of me and I heard "wow". That's how I felt when I got into the store as well. Good selection of reasonably priced, high quality toys. Zach is incredibly friendly and clearly loves what he does. We will definitely be back!
Awesome and informative owners. Walked in to just check it out. Walked out stocked for next several holidays and birthdays. Now if I can just wait long enough to share with the kids!
